For some reason, my palms sweat when I read.
Gregor and the Curse of the Warm bloods
Personally, I thought I wouldn't have found another series that competes with the Unwanteds. Suzanne Collins did an amazing job with her third book of this series. Gregor has been called for another job to save the Underland from a plague. The plague takes very few from the humans but then someone Gregor loves is taken by the plague. Within the journey they loose all hope of the cure when something unexpected occured. It was an amazing book. I could understand all that was happening. the range of genres in this book range from thrill to action. As an overall evaluation I give this book a 5/5.

Gregor and the Prophecy of Bane
Just like the Unwanteds, I had become quickly obsessed with this series. If you're interested in action, adventure and thrill, this is definitely the right book to pick. 6 months later the warrior/main character Gregor is called on to do a dirty favor for the humans of Regalia; to kill the bane. On his quest on a boat in the waterway, Mareth, Howard, and Andromeda are forced to leave. As they meet the rats in the labrynth on their way to kill the Bane, an unexpected attack leaves Luxa, Temp, Boots and Aurora in the unknown; leaving Twitchtip, Gregor and Ares. Twitchtip gives up through the journey and now that leaves Gregor and Ares alone with the Bane. Little does Gregor know that the Bane is more different then they interpreted. This book has that amazing uniqueness that makes Suzanne Collins' books so appealing. To end I rate this book a 4.5/5

The Unwanteds Island of Dragons
The Unwanteds book 7 was an unparalleled book with the best story line out of the whole series. I am so impressed with this series overall but this book is so eye catching that it's impossible to stop reading it. I started reading this from 5 pm all the way to 8 pm. Alex has found his brother Aaron, and together they fight for Artime. That cylindrical island holds in a surprise that is totally unexpected by Alex and Aaron. They go against Warbleans and pirates. And along the battle in Artime, when all hope seems lost, insane help comes from a whole island. Let me tell you if I were to pick a book to read for the rest of my life the choice is right in front of my face. I am continually surprised by the work of Lisa Mcmann, and I hope to see her new series "Unwanteds Quest". To end, I will rate this book 5 out of 5.

The Unwanteds Island of Graves
Out of how many books I've read in this series, being 6th in its line, this was an AMAZING book. It had every good thing you need in a good book (William's book criticism 101) it has a good beginning, plot, and end. There were so many well developed twists in the story. Alex Stowe has finally made it back with his crew: Carina, Sean, Samheed, Lani, Sky, Copper, Cap. Ahab, Ms. Octavia, Simber and Florence. As soon as that happens, a war breaks out in Artime and quill. Will Simber and his fears come alive and result to his demise? Will Aaron return to his evil ways or will he harness the apple corn within him. Will Alex finally have a successful relationship with Skye. Overall this book has really impressed me and if anything I rate this book 5 stars.

The Unwanteds Island of Shipwrecks
As always, this series always keeps me tempted to turn the next page in the hours of dawn. The Unwanteds Island of Shipwrecks had a well thought plot. Going through a waterfall, and getting trapped on an island with a constant hurricane everyday is Alex Stowe and his crew: Carina, Sean, Samheed, Lani, Sky, Copper, Cap. Ahab, Ms. Octavia, Simber and Florence. They meet three old men who happen to have a secret they hold. Meanwhile trouble is brewing in Quill. Plotting another war is Aaron Stowe who ends up meeting his life or death point. Being 5th in its collection the book still had me hooked. The genres range from thrill to magic realism. This book had a real good plot just as expected. However, I felt this book wasn't meeting to its full potential. However I think they had a good cliff hanger making me beg for the next book. I personally give this book a 5/5. Well done to Lisa McMann and I look forward to her next book.

The Unwanteds Island of Legends
The book The Unwanteds Island of Legends was an phenomenal book. Coming from Artime and heading towards pirate island, the main character Alex Stowe not only has the job as head mage, he's also given the task to save his lover's mother. Heading towards pirate island Alex Stowe and the supporting characters Sean, Henry, Lani, Samheed, Ms. Octavia, Florence, Sky and Simber face an unexpected surprise on their rescue mission. Florence gets captured and Alex Stowe has two problems on his shoulders. Clearly, the author Lisa McMann thought of good ways to catch the readers attention using very good story lines and plot twists. Being 4th in its collection, I am quite surprised that its story line is still really good . The book's genre ranges from thrill and magical realism to adventure and romance. This book is definitely meant for readers who like fantasy and adventure. Based on the book being 512 pages it seemed pretty discouraging for me however, when I started reading, this book seemed to keep my interest every page I turned. Overall, I have to give this book a straight up 5/5.
